I've spoken with and met the new owner at the site. You have to respect his reasons for not wanting any additional investigations on the site which is primarily an attempt to remove the stigma the site has received and renovate it into a christian center.
damn i live about 20 min from this building, (I play indoor soccer, my friends father owns it and remodeled it) Always wanted to explore inside the school and churchwith a video recorder, but the owner does not allow any tresspassers or investigators. A minimum fine of 5000$ and a felony and minimal one night in jail is going to happen to any tresspassers caught int the school or church.
Who is the new owner? I heard that a few people are living there now, somewhere on the land, with 9 kids and a thrift store?

thats crazy the new owner doesnt allow investigators...it's not like were the ones who vandalized the place...
