Sky- if your picture frame could play video, I don't see why not. This was just a test clip for a larger project I was working on, a 1080P high rez video.
@rdi63 Yeah, there's some even weirder versions of this one that has an eye that appears, winks. then fades away. You never know what you'll end up with sometimes.
