kicking with all shin and hitting the knee can also break your shin which would be a little worse than the foot lol. im not trying to correct CB or anything cuz he's a pro and can do what he wants but i prefer kicking with right where the foot and shin meet. catching a knee with all foot or the middle of the shin sucks
I was in that gym on the grand opening day. I remember it is part of a strip mall in Tempe and I think their is a hair dresser next door to the gym... I think. Behind the camera guy are treadmills & to the right of the camera guy is the offices and I think bathrooms. Gray Maynard was suppose to show up but was unable to make it & they had a black guy with one leg there who won the NCAA Wrestling Championship. Lastly their was a cake shaped like the octagon & I got a Ryan Bader's Autograph.
