That remedy has been in my family for "generations" too! It works wonderfully! Oh and for all the people watching you can use any toothpaste or toothbrush as long as it is a medium or higher bristle brush. I swear by this method too! Thanks for the vid! :-)

I wouldn't worry too much about that, hun. I had braces too and they wanted me to wear the retainer forever. When I would try to wear it in my sleep, it felt horrible so I would subconsciously take it out, and throw it in the corner of the room, lol. Needless to say, I eventually stopped wearing it altogether. It's 7 years since that, and while my teeth may have moved VERY VERY slightly, they are virtually the same. No big change.

i mix hydrogen peoroxide and baking soda into a paste, brush with the paste, rinse, brush with a toothpaste, and then rinse again. i think its working, and it what everyone is sugesting. any other ideas?

you can also like soak your toothbrush in hydrogen poroxide. its used to help eal cuts. but it also helps whiten teeth. u oersonally like your method etter though. i use it alot. thanks SO much(: ps; if people do use hydrogen poroxide make sure not to swallow it. you'd get sick most likely.

im waiting for this video to load up.... but i whiten my teeth by using i think its Crest whitenign bubbles toothpaste, and for mouthwash i use any brand that contains hydrogen peroxide (thats what most whitening products use). You can get a cheap whitening mouth rinse at dollar tree, or if u want, u can buy the ones for like $5 at walmart.....
