  • Hahahah awesome :D:D:D

  • @Taopuppy It's a cochlear implant. It's a neat little device that, in essence, cures deafness. Go ahead and look it up on Wiki, it can explain it better than I.

  • did you bring your own rocks...lmao

  • Love the video, but am curious about something I saw in it. Does anyone know what that little thing behind the ear of the guy in the red shirt is?

  • just shows how stupid the bible is

  • @DavidSanfordE Right. You don't have to vote like I do. Nor do I have to vote like you do. Therefore, I will not vote for gay marriage as is my right and, more importantly, it is against my strongest belief.

  • this is amazing :)

  • Everyone has a right to vote. You have a right to vote for gay marriage. I have a right to vote against it. Simple as that. I will not deny you your right to opinion and that privilege, you will not deny me mine, and we will all take part in the freedoms this country allows.

Only Jesus can change hearts. Meanwhile, I will stand by right, my convictions, and the Truth.

  • @Enderschoice Do I have the right to vote against interracial marriage?

  • @Babuus Everyone has a right to vote. Interracial and same-sex marriage are two different things, however.

  • @Enderschoice Your rights end where mine begin. You don't have the right to vote on who I can marry, have sex with, associate with, et cetera. Marriage should be (and is, in freer countries) between two informed, consenting adults regardless of race, age, religion, sex, et cetera.

If interracial marriage and gay marriage were truly different, one would expect to see different arguments against them. However, every argument against gay marriage was also used against interracial marriage.

  • @Babuus No one has the right to say what we can and cannot vote for. I cannot vote against what I know to be true.

Homosexuality is not a race. Nor an ethnicity. It is a choice.

  • @Enderschoice Even IF homosexuality were a choice (hint: it's not, google it), it is a choice that you do not have the right to take away. But seriously, you can't just vote away other people's rights. The USA is based on freedom, not mob rule and mindless bigotry. That's where Loving vs Virginia came from.

  • @Babuus Even IF homosexuality wasn't a choice (hint: it is, take a look at your own plumbing and see if it would match up with the same kind), it still wouldn't work. IThe USA is based on freedom, yes. So you'd take away my freedom to vote "No" on something I know is wrong? How is that not mob rule and mindless bigotry?

  • @Enderschoice So if someone knows it is wrong for black people to have freedom, you think they should have the right to vote to enslave all black people? You DO NOT have the right to vote to remove the freedoms of a minority group. When interracial marriage was legalized, MOST people were against it. There is precedent for courts overturning the will of the people when the will of the people is to oppress a minority. (PS, do some google scholar searches on homosexuality, you might be surprised)

  • @Babuus Once again, two different arguments here. The vote has not arisen to "enslave all black people." The vote that has arisen to redefine marriage. "Overturning the will of the people?" Where have I heard that before? (Google scholar that bit, and seriously, look inside your own trousers instead of trying to determine what sex you are from internet sources, deary.)

  • @Enderschoice Homosexuality has existed as long as heterosexuality, for various reasons depending on the particular species in which it arises. The will of the people in this case was to remove the rights of a minority, violating the 14th amendment. Our government is a republic, designed to prevent the tyranny of the majority. Rights are called rights because they are not up to a vote. Gay marriage, interracial marriage, consensual sodomy, these are rights the majority once tried to take away.

  • @Babuus Marriage and the concept has existed longer than the practice of homosexuality. Its definition is solid in that it is between a man and a woman. To redefine it for homosexuality is not right. Minorities in the cases you cite are racial. Homosexuality is not a race. Granted, a minority of people choose to practice homosexuality, but it is their choice, just as it is our choice not to and not to approve of them doing it by not redefining the term "marriage."

  • @Enderschoice Nope. Marriage arrived with the concept of property. Based on what we know about it in other species, homosexuality has been around even before humans. But, even if it were a choice, it is then comparable to religion. You have no right to stop interfaith marriages either, or the marriages between people of a different religion than you.... or the marriages of atheists! Marriage is a civil right because it carries with it thousands of legal implications.

  • @Babuus Homosexuality among animals, maybe. Human beings are not animals, though I daresay there are many who act like them. Whether marriage arrived with the concept of property or not is not the issue - it was still between a man and a woman. And now you're saying that since Homosexuality is a choice, it's comparable to religion? With respect, that's just ludicrous. Interfaith marriages are not the issue nor are comparable to Homosexual marriages either. You have no right to take away my vote.

  • @Enderschoice Homo sapiens are definitely part of the animal kingdom, actually. We're mammals. Primates. Marriage, traditionally, was between a man and many women. Just check out such biblical figures as King Soloman. Thirdly, I said "IF" homosexuality were a choice, it would be comparable to religion. One is not born with a religion, that's why there are so many of them. Finally, your rights end where another person's begin. You don't have the right to vote to take away another citizen's right.

  • why should any one give two shits about who someone else marrys?

  • /agree with video

  • well... I really have to say my stance on gay marriage has been swayed a little from neutral...

  • This is amazing! <3

  • Straight guy for Equal Rights!

  • Is there a version with Spanish subtitles? I would like to share this with Spanish speaking guys... if anyone knows, please let me know directly! Thank you!

  • Because love is definitely NOT a factor, right? I suppose you should go marry someone JUST because you can make a child. Hmm...sounds unappealing to me.

  • It's obvious you're stuck on the anal sex. So, it's not okay for two men to do it, but it's perfectly fine for a man and a woman to perform anal sex? Not according to your argument it's not.

Love IS a factor. You cannot tell me that you know for a fact it's not. You actually can't say anything about your argument is FACT. Two men CAN fall in love and guess what, I've experienced it. I know what I'm talking about, too bad you're purely ignorant.

  • no use of the anus for sexual gratification is not sexual activity, but masturbation by other means, it is no better if a man and woman or two sods do it. it is just as wrong.

  • You're still stuck on sex. Love does not center around sex. You're also stuck on the misconception that all gay men engage in anal sex and this is not true either. A large sum of them only practice oral sex. However, I digress. Plus, science has proven that homosexuality is biological, not a choice. So, believe what you want but you're wrong. Science does no disprove God so if you call that study a liar, you are choosing to be ignorant.

  • No, I judge things based on my understanding of them and this is something I personally understand. Life is not all about reproduction. THAT is what you are stuck on. What about the heterosexual couples who choose not to have children? What about the barren women? Should they be banned from marrying as well because they cannot reproduce? It is actually biological. Homosexuality is found in the animal kingdom. I suppose they chose it too.

  • Oh, and I agree, love doesn't need sex. Who said it did? You did.

  • @voxxpopulisuxx

firstly "truth" is relative, as is "love" stop forcing your opinions on a harmless acts, I am not gay and the idea of anal sex is repulsive to me in even a heterosexual way, but to treat anal sex as if it commuted genocide, well that is just over the top.

    1. if you don't like it don't do it

    2. if it doesn't hurt anyone, why bother?

    3. just because you see something differently then some one else doesn't make them wrong, just different.

TLDR: I hope you are just a troll.

  • So infertile couples shouldn't be allowed to marry?

  • Every single homophobe should watch this. It sends a great and important message about what should be happening.

    =D

  • good video

  • That was really funny.

  • Taking things out of context??? What part of Deuteronomy 22:20 through 22:22 is taken out of context (look it up)?

Death to women who engage in pre-marital sex and death to adulterers.

The bible is a work of man and it contains many conflicting and outdated "laws". What you claim as your right to pick and choose those "laws" that you find convenient and ignore vast others that are inconvenient, I claim the right to call it the height of hypocrisy.

  • The thing is OT was for people who did not accept Jesus. NT is the new rule of law because now we dont have to pay for our sins, Jesus did. So yes it is out of context. The Bible is written by man, inspired by God. I dont claim to pick and choose. i never said that. (seems you have been confused by confused believers.) None of the are convenient. That was the past, this is the present. So stop bringing up old stuff and concentrate on what things are supposed to be. Not hypocrisy. Redemption.

  • I agree with you 100%. The Bible should not be taken out of context and it is sick that the people in this video simplified such awful rules. It's a good thing nobody does that nowadays...oh wait.

Simplifying these rules and taking everything literally was intentionally done in this video to show exactly how ridiculous people are trying to ban gay marriage because "the bible says so." Maybe you don't pick, choose, and misinterpret, but people who are against gay marriage sure do.

  • Matthew 5:17 (nasb), "Do not think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish but to fulfill." - If youre going to claim to follow the bible, you should probably do your research. --Regards, a non-christian.

  • A++

  • I don't think this was heterobashing at all. It was just pointing out that people's arguments for why Gay Marriage shouldn't be legalized are ignoring the thousands upon thousands of things in that SAME book that we now ignore in our modern society,

  • This... Goes a little bit too far folks. Don't start flaming me for being a homophobe or something - I stand for equal rights for queer-oriented individuals. I plan myself on having a male/male marriage at some point in the future ;P But really now. We don't need to make ourselves look foolish. This doesn't make anyone look bad but the people who made it, and the things they are supporting. Stand up for your rights. But don't be a heterophobe.

  • Can't stop watching this -- such a good way of proving the point.

  • Sweet. In an "Oh man awesome" kind of way

  • wow, this is amazing. I'm adding it to all of my sites! Congrats on a great video!

  • The woman in the third couple, with the short hair, looks like Frankie Boyle XD

    Also, this video is awesome.

  • OMG You're right!

  • Haha, this video is great. PERFECT argument against those freaky traditionalist people.

  • was this a satire at the muslims ? defloration before the honeymoon, stoning. or does bible also condone this, if so, its horrible horrible. anyway loved it.

  • yeah its also in the bible, she mentions the book of leviticus.

  • It's all in Leviticus, as she said. The Bible insists on this, on pain of death for both parties involved. There's more chapters and verses on marriage and sex rules than just "No man shall lie with a man as with a women - this is an abomination and surely they will be put to death."

  • Both equally worthless.

    The book is a fable.

  • Not the muslims, the Christian bible.

  • If the republicans were SO concerned with the "sanctity" of marriage - they should outlaw divorce not gay marriage. Gotta love the literal interpretation of the Bible! Shrimp is an abomination.

  • Also, they would stop cheating on their wives! ;)

  • the only reason Republicans have seized upon stuff like gay marriage and abortion is that it's easy to rile up the easily-swayed masses with such issues. Their real interests are in business and military expansion, they just use these culture war issues to grab less-than-insightful voters.

  • Well done, and necessary!

  • BRAVO!

  • Awesome :)

  • AMEN!!!

  • Excellent! Loved this!

  • EXCELLENT!

  • Now ...if we can get the rest of the world to see this....we may just have a chance.

  • I'z prowd to be an ameriKan, ware at leest I no I'z FWEEEE!

    Seriously--great job!

  • Fantastic!

  • Thanks for making this video.

  • Great video!

  • Outstanding!
