  • "Grass fed eggs"? Chickens don't eat grass! But you are right natural food for animals is important!

  • @Gieszkanne they eat out of the grass, ticks, worms, all kinds of bugs, seeds, all that stuff

  • Good points!!!

  • I do agree to some extent that one diet doesn't fit all. Because some people might do well on dates and bananas, but those low water fruits gives me bad gas, constipation, and all kinds of problems. They are harder for me to digest than baked potatoes (even though I don't eat potatoes). Brandon is right about this. However, I think that it is undeniable that raw fruit and veggies are very good for health, and I think that it is possible for Brandon to go back 811 kind of diet in the future.

  • @highsugarfruit never

  • hey man listen i was raw vegan i thought about adding organic eggs...should i eat now less fruit and more eggs and veggies??

    any tips? thanks

  • @RelaxMF eat what your the organic whole foods your body tells you to, but also pay attention to how you feel after, then make adjustments, there arent any rules, just intuition

  • Did people back in the day eat or have all of this fermented foods? I didn't think eating was so complicated.

  • @shadowwisdom foods ferment when they are left out of the fridge, we didnt have a fridge back in the day, so a majority of the foods we ate was fermented,

  • @juicememelon BINGO. Listen, the fact is the healthiest societies consume high plants foods with some, but not alot of animal foods.

I would also kindly warn @cintronbrandon not to fall into the dogmatic paleo path the same way he did with 80/10/10.

  • Brandon, I think you forgot to mention how to cook meats?? are you frying your wild fish as well? are you baking chicken in the oven?? or are you eating these raw...???

  • @Rawperuana yeah! Maybe some... uhh...yummy meat recipes suggestions?...lol

  • ...it's more about the healthy of the animal not the animal per se

  • Ppl need to look at the cultures that live long healthy lives eating animals. Raw veganism isn't the only way. Just saying...

  • Skyr is great, tastes even better than kefir.

  • Last month Robert, This month David, today it's Milo says: "3 raw eggs & you really feel it" . You know nothing and just repeat what others says. total BS

  • @venicestu nothing is new in this world, everything you learn is from someone else, unless youre the only person in the world who comes up with everything you learn, then you should be rich, cus youve invented everything, good for you, congratulations, youre officially a know it all

  • "What is truth today, might not be tomorrow"

Are you serious? You lost all credibility with that one statement Brandon. Think about it.

Stop trying to impress with your knowledge...you are only embarrassing yourself with your silly pseudo science babble. Just like your new guru, Daniel Vitalis. Nice display of alcohol on your fridge! Some health teacher....he laughs about getting shit faced drunk. This video is an embarrassment to any credibility you may have had.

  • @TheAnswerIsWithinYou i have a girlfiriend and we had people over for the holidays, its called being a normal human being, you should try it sometime

  • @cintronbrandon 'Normal human being' is such a good point. Getting together with loved ones, enjoying rich and nourishing food and a couple of beers over Christmas/New Years is the kind of thing that the LFRV lifestyle utterly shuns but is so important to overall, holistic human health. It's only for a week or so of the whole year, and we have detox strategies to use to balance that short phase. I wonder what TheAnswerIsWithinYou did for the holidays? Meditate and eat bananas, on their lonesome?

  • you've got some goooood things to say here in this video!!

  • @NicoletteLynnMusic thanks, the thumbs down would tell you differently, lol :D oh well, they hated jesus too lmfao

  • @cintronbrandon well, you got my thumbs up and this vid now in my 'favorites.' People hate the truth. Which is sad, cause you are not saying there is ONE hard way. Like you say, different things work for different people. The haters are insecure with others having success in ways that are not how they want success to be brought about. I'm still all about no animal flesh, but am totally ok with the fact that others have different ideas!!

  • How you liking the chickens periods bro! Nice to see you being such a good role model to others! Good luck with your new lifestyle!

  • @rzarzarzarza84 im doing much better, thanks for your genuine concern, people like you give the word vegan a bad religious name that it is, someone can tell you they feel better and all you have is judgement as a reply, funny that you feel good about that

  • @cintronbrandon I hope you heard what Robert's message to you was in his latest two vids, I think the raw brahs, Zak and all the new reading has got you lost my friend!

  • @rzarzarzarza84 your same guru that prescribes raw animal glands for people with glandular weaknesses, dont give me that shit, no one is innocent, how many animals got shot, tased by electric fences or killed by creation of agriculture for your beloved vegan grains and fruits, dont be a hypocrite, you sound ignorant, i once was just like you, then i knew better not to judge, you were born into this, so learn how to be sustainable, more effective than eating vegan and judging

  • I stepped away for the holidays and see you are eating animal products now. Just curious about the change of heart?

  • @mytrueserenity check out my vid about cholesterol and anxiety

  • Something happened to you man. It is like someone injected you with a dose of open-mindedness.

I don't care whether your a strict vegan tomorrow or a complete carnivore, you've grown and changed for the better. You've just become "curious" and humble. I like your new persona and your new approach.

Making a 30 min vid every day on the fly, with the intent of help others' health is highly commendable, and something very few people can pull off.

    Thank you!

  • @daytonadudenheimer thanks, i feel like a boss now :D

  • Great info keep up the great work Brandon

  • Oh yeah, I have a question about the raw eggs. I'm hesitant in giving those to my son b/c the side of the box says do not eat raw b/c of the bacteria. We get ours from a Westin Price place, so they should be good right? Can you comment on this plz, thanks.

  • @JenRose77 I'll jump on this one - if you're getting eggs from a free-range/organic natural source, they're far less-likely to have salmonella. Eating raw eggs (whole eggs) can cause a biotin deficiency - that's well-established. Raw yolks = OK, raw whites contain avidin, which is what causes the issue. (Avidin is made inactive upon cooking, so cooked eggs don't have the same issue.)

Raw egg yolks are usually OK for people unless they have an immune system disorder, in my opinion.

  • @JenRose77 i eat them everyday, i think it would be different if they were sick chickens, and my mom used to give raw eggs with raw milk mixed together for my fam all the time growing up, they lived on a farm

  • OMG, I loved this video thank you! My son is loving the sunny side up eggs with grass fed butter - he at 3 the first time he had 'em and was saying "Mmmm" I'm also getting into foraging for herbs in my area - I need to figure out which ones are good and which ones are not cuz I live in FL and they are abundant! Here's a tip - get the glass mineral water bottles from Whole Foods - they're about $2, they are BIG and green - perfect for carrying around your water, I love them!

  • 'what is more close to human breast milk...' hmm... following your logic then you should drink chimpanzee's milk! The question is: should we ingest milk (butter, cheese etc.)as a grown individual at all?cuz the nature and the logic suggests that we SHOULD NOT! Lately your favorite words are 'grass fed, local and organic' but everyone know that this is better for health, it's obvious! but the question is 'don't i choose the lesser evil only? is basic food (even GRASS FED) really good for my body?

  • @MrWrobelekElemelek well i think you should do your own research on cholesterol and the many things its responsible for, like your hormone function most importantly, along with your nervous system, and holding cells together, dont repeat info unless youve done the research,, dont be blind follower, be yourself, look at your health authorities and really ask yourself if they epitomize health and that you want to look like them? probably not, most people would disagree with you

  • @cintronbrandon well indeed i'm still doing my own research on cholesterol among other things and i controvert every information before i do my own research on it. It's funny you say 'don't repeat' whereas i think you repeat every new thing you read or hear and apply it almost immediately to your life what we can see in your vids constantly recently. And remember that somebody wrote a book doesn't mean he has right! look for a fact, use logic and use less terminology !

  • @MrWrobelekElemelek these arent just things written in a book, its also our history, as well as in hundreds of studies on google scholar about there not being any relationship between diet and cholesterol, and also the dangers of low cholesterol

  • @cintronbrandon i'm not talking particularly about cholesterol man but the most sustainable diet for human! But if you want you right there are many studies show that cholesterol is 'not bad' BUT there are also many studies show cholesterol is 'bad'. So we have studies with two different results with followers on bothsides and apparently one of this side is wrong!Cholesterol is only one example. This is why we have to use logic very often and check supposed motives behind studies

  • @MrWrobelekElemelek Just a quick comment on this - there are currently NO studies that show cholesterol is 'bad'. None.

There is no established link to cholesterol and heart disease (or anything else). It's always been a hypothesis, and only ever "linked" (correlated) to heart disease. But any scientist can tell you correlation doesn't equal causation. Further studies have yet to establish this correlation - it's never ever happened.

    Because it's not true.

  • @MrWrobelekElemelek you say the same shit everyone else says, i could play a tape recorder for what youre saying, thats why i know you dont read much, its all beliefs, im telling people to find whats right for them, if you started a youtube channel, you would have thousands of people telling you that their personal experiences contradict what your " studies " say, thats how i know everyone is different, regardless if were all human, stop trying to be right, there is no right

  • and totally agree with the symbiotic relationship with our domesticated animals! i have been thinking of the exact same thing lately and i can rest assured that eating eggs from healthy happy chickens are completely fine! :)

  • one thing i always practice when i eat is to LOVE the food and the process of eating the food. I thank the food for providing me with its energy and nutrition and I feel all the good its doing for my body and mind. when i eat raw eggs i feel grateful for the chickens (whom I make sure are happily raised and grass-fed).

  • Brandon can you eloborate on the four kingdoms, and looking foward to the elixir craft and tincture vids!

  • Hey Brandon, how's your sleep?

  • @rmalta69 pretty good, reading paul cheks book made me experiement with what foods to eat before bed and its helped

  • so kimchi is good for you? is there anything in particular i should be looking for when buying kimchi?

  • @daviddang82 the price lol, its not cheap at health food stores, check your local china town its cheaper there

  • @HappierHealthierYou that doesn't answer my question. im asian and i eat kimchi all the time. i buy it at the korean supermarket. my question is if it was actually good for you since it is in jars so might be a little processed? the spices and fermentation may not be raw. so the question is if only certain kinds of kimchi are good for you? is there such thing as raw kimchi? or is all kimchi the same and i should continue to eat it.

  • @daviddang82 Yea is is defiantly good for you and should keep eating it. I would make sure it is in a glass jar. Also I would check out the ingredients and make sure no chemical perservatives are in it, and lastly there is no vinegar. If vinegar is in kimchi, sourkraut, ect its "fake". Meaning not fermented they just add vinegar to the veggies so it taste fermented.

  • funny how intellectuals can't accept simple truth

  • anxiety=adrenal weakness...not lack of animal products

  • @theenigmaticon3 if you think that is the whole story then thats how i know youre just repeating health authorities instead of studying human anatomy, do your own research before you make statements, as there is a shit ton of things that are responsible for nerve damage, gut flora being one of the big ones, its not as simple as that, the body is synergistic

  • @cintronbrandon It's my story... anecdotal in fact...seems to be a lot of others as well...Our generation is extremely weak at the cellular level, whether you want to believe it or not it's going to take YEARS to regenerate these weaknesses...not just a few years vegan/raw and a 15 day grape fast. no offense peace

  • Great advice!

  • I came to the same conclusion today, I have studied so much about raw food and diet that I now feel out of touch with what I actually want to eat, what my body needs. I am following all the advice and getting sicker, and am totally confused about whether to eat fruit or fat and greens, so I have to just tune in and listen to my body again. Thanks for the affirmation.

  • i dont think daniel vitalis consumes milk or kefir.. he only consumes colostrum.. i might be wrong

  • @rui27marne heard plenty of interviews where they ask him about consumption of dairy and he personally says that he only consumes fermented dairy and colustrum, but not reg dairy cus it makes him fat

  • How do you eat the butter? Do you put it on something?

  • @RawShedia yea, either use it to cook or put it on potatoes or use it on meats, sometimes put it on ezekial bread, its so good

  • Right on bro, good info

  • Brandon, thanks for making these videos. I'm new to this world and I get confused. I am grateful that you are sharing your experience. I started a juice fast because I need to lose weight and detox. I agree with what you are saying about finding what will be the healthiest. I don't think I can be 100% raw forever. You are very smart and I appreciate you. Thank you!

  • Hey Brandon just wondering what your thoughts are on eating raw eggs causing a biotin deficiency which then leads to hairloss....or is that just bullshit? Cheers

  • @Niwtun23 well i dont know how it can cause deficiency considering its in egg yolks

  • how much u weigh and height

    answer alreadyyyyyyy

  • @f1ak011 5'8 and 155lbs why do you ask

  • @f1ak011 well actually 5, 8" and 3/4, almost 5,9"

  • Hey Brandon,

Don't mushrooms contribute to candida overgrowth? thanks

  • I think that the looking inward advice is great. Also, great to mention to people the difference between the cultured sauerkraut vs. the vinegar kraut. Have you seen Sean Croxton's video on the A1 and A2 milk? We found a raw cow dairy with an old breed of cow with A2 milk that delivers to NYC, and since switching to it my husband and 18 year old bro (lives with us for college) have been having great results after they work out and my bro's skin has totally cleared up.

  • @TheAnswerIsWithinYou dont be a blind follower of certain health authorities, be yourself and find an identity that has to do with you as an individual, not a group of people, i know you probably want to be a part of something, but in my opinion, it would be healthier to do your own research and be your own study through personal longterm experience, not emotions that come from beliefs, use your intellect over emotion, not the other way around

  • Todays lesson - Milk, butter, and periods FTW!

  • Videos of you going out to find your local herbs would be awesome. I am really interested in that and making my own tinctures.

  • Brandon...sad to hear you have bought into the whole bacteria phobia and immune system nonsense. Bacteria are not something to be fought and feared. Without bacteria there would be no life on this planet. Raw eggs are NOT healthy. Eggs are very rich in methionine, a sulphur-containing amino acid. Eggs are very acidic because methionine is broken down into sulphuric acid by the body. Sulphuric acid delivers a big acid load to the body that must be neutralized by leaching calcium from your bones.

  • @jgfergus youre a fan of robert, so you would know that he gives his clients raw eggs when theyre withering away, also bernard jensen writes in his books the healing properties of goats milk and raw eggs, this isnt about bacteria phobia, its about digestion, and grains arent doing it for me anymore, and massive amounts of fruit arent helping w/ anxiety, glandulars have animals in them, im getting better results w/ cholesterol rich foods, fruits, veggies, and fermented foods,

  • @cintronbrandon

Brandon...raw eggs and goat's milk have no healing powers whatsoever. Foods only provide the raw materials for tissue repair & building. The ability to heal is a power that everyone of our cells is endowed with and is encoded in our DNA. That is why the body's most rapid healing is done when no food is taken...during a fast. Eating a small amount of fermented foods and animal products is ok if you are vibrantly healthy. Your body will be able to deal with them.

  • @jgfergus we'll have to disagree with all foods having the same effect with all people, i believe everyone's digestive systems are different, therefore everyone reacts different to certain foods

  • @cintronbrandon

I never said all foods have the same effect on everyone Brandon. All humans are designed to have similar digestive systems of alkaline saliva and an almost neutral to acid gastric juices. Unfortunately, due to years of dietary abuse, genetic weaknesses and the Law of Vital Accommodation, people's reactions to foods differ. Some can tolerate unsuitable foods for much longer than others. But eventually, they to will succumb to the laws of nature & illness results.

  • @jgfergus Im confused why are you referring to the past to draw conclusions of the vegan diet. No one ate a vegan diet in the past? And the foods in the vegan diet have been GE in recent years.

  • @HappierHealthierYou

The conclusions I draw re diet are based on my 25 years experience on my own body. If you want to eat animal products, knock yourself out. Just make sure you have 100% healthy liver, kidneys, & lymph. And fully detoxed your body first and your nerve energy is not compromised. Very few people have met those criteria however. I have no problem getting fruits & veggies that are non GMO'd up here in Canada. Take care!

  • @jgfergus Make sure once you are fully detoxed that you start building and stop stripping down.

  • @HappierHealthierYou

    For sure!

  • @jgfergus Canada is a great source for non-GMO food. For those of us that do choose to eat meat, it's also a great place to get organic/grass-fed/pasture-raised/free-range meats as well, there's simply very little factory farming here.

A comment re: "if you want to eat animal products, knock yourself out" ... I have nothing against eating meat - but I hope people avoid anything processed as well as do their best to eat organic/grass-fed/free-range for health sake, (ours and animals)

  • @AlbertaBeefy

    Well said my friend!

  • @cintronbrandon

But those whose health is compromised due to years of poor diet, lack of exercise, and have a lack of nerve energy, should stay away from those foods because their focus must be on healing and detoxing the body with fasting & a diet of raw fruits & leafy greens/herbs. Remember...the most easily digested foods are fruits...when eaten alone.

  • @jgfergus if animal foods were so deadly, robert would prescribe glandulars, with not only raw animal glands, but isolated chemistry like calcium & magnesium, so to say one thing is the devil and then prescribe it, doesnt make sense, so there is truth outside his teachings, you can learn from everyone, especially nature, anthropology, science and personal experience

  • @cintronbrandon

I appreciate what you are saying. I have been through the raw egg, fermented foods thing many years ago. We are all at different stages in this journey and I encourage you to continue searching for the truth. I enjoy Dr. Morse's videos but I don't agree 100% with his teachings. I began my journey 25 years ago when I discovered Natural Hygiene & Herbert Shelton, John Tilden, T.C. Fry, Arnold Ehret & others long before finding Dr. Morse. Cheers!

  • @jgfergus good, im glad youre not one of those blind followers of health authorities

  • @cintronbrandon

    You mean like Daniel Vitalis?

I have never followed anyone blindly Brandon in all my 55 years. Well...maybe except for my parents when I had no choice.

  • @jgfergus go get some sleep
