my guess is that windows 7 changes the boot screen based on hardware capabilities, and since that boot screen is less intensive than the proper windows 7 one, that's what we have in the video.
I assure you that it's windows 7 RC running on the netbook.
Upgraded my HDD to a 500g drive but when I try to install Win7, it won't recognise a drive being there

it loks like Vista Boot Screen because of the 1024x600 its not the same as 1024x768 !
