im getting my dobe next week. she hasn't got her tail docked cause it's illegal here...but if i could get it done, then i would, but then again, i like them with long tails, and NO WAY am i getting her ears cropped, even if it was legal i wouldn't do it. Anyway, great dog, he looks like he's having a lot of fun. lol..,=D
you know what makes me angry is that soo many people just think these dogs are "mean" Or "will bite you" I can't tell you how much trouble ive had finding places that don't ban dobermans...its sad drugs and guns ok dogs with bad reps not okay, good old america...but seriously its a crime that I cannot live with my doberman in peace because of the misunderstandings of others.
well i personally like the normal ears.....but the cropped ear is kinda cool....the tail is docked in the 1st week of birth...so there is no way we can stop tht.....
What the man didn't do is fight the dog or leave it on the street or alot of other far worse things then cropping it's ears. please go preach somewhere else. go chain yourself to the front door of a fur shop and preach to them. the dog is alive and well obviously.... Beautiful dobe dude!
Oh gosh. Just don't play ball with your dog up there. LOL. I once had a lab so determined to find a stick I threw in to a River she almost drowned. We had to go get her way down river. She was lucky! Some dogs are just crazy. :] haha
Adopting my dobbie from a shelter on monday shes 7 mos. old and is a red dobbie nice dog on your video =).

Rocky looked that way too,but he gained lot of weight after the 12th month.
Better consult your vet though...

I don't think people should get their ears cropped and tail. Why do you to that? Look? It's painful for the dog! Why do it???!!!!
