@lovingher3 When this was made was when LeBron was in the middle of trying to get a championship and everyone was making "excuses" that LeBron didn't have the supporting cast to do it. It obviously wasn't direct we all know that but anyone can relate to this and see he is taking a shot at him, "it was easy when it wasn't"...."my game was built on flash and not fire"..."that failure gave me strength that my pain was my motivation". If you can't see the similarity then you don't know much.

Unlike Chicago, the Cavs should have taken notes that CHI didn't quit on making & building a team since they already knew that Jordan was great. They just needed to build a "team" around LBJ. The only thing I condemn LBJ for doing that "Decision" last July. Me being a Knicks fan, I knew they weren't getting him. I wasn't crying when they didn't. The Knicks didn't have to kiss his ass for 2+ years to try though. Shaq was not the answer for Cleveland & LBJ. He is old & already has his rings.

Look closely at the end, you will see kids looking at MJ while hes giving the speech to them. Look VEERRY closely to that part.
