Some faith groups emphasise evangelism and proselytising over the more loving and caring aspects of their faith. While it would be great for community groups to be involved in society, will this be done so that no-one is left out because they do not share the faith? Will any public services provided by faith groups be open to all regardless of faith, both as customers and as workers, and come with no strings attached? Would a Hindu or a Muslim, atheist or gay be respected in these new places?
@m0rjc Thanks for the post. We believe that churches should provide an inclusive service to anyone is in need, whether they have a faith or not. Have a look at the Faithworks Charter on the Faithworks website it sets of 15 principles we believe churches and Christian agencies can follow to demonstrate this commitment as they serve their local community.
