CV writing advice for web designers

Thanks for the video. Some very good ideas, but you have some good ideas for online portfolio? I have been told my portfolio is good by some persons and that it is poor by others. I would like to know what you think are the rules of a good online portfolio

Thank you for sharing those valuable advices , i'm a student ( Head multimedia project ) and i have to finde a course in a webdesign company or anything similar , so i've made a CV and i filled it with some brief informations as same as you said in the video , but my CV is quite heavy to save it as PDF or even image , i didn't have a solution , so i've save it as a PNG and put it in DOC file that fite the whole page using Word ...
