I'm guessing that the sound is a seagull. It just makes sense for me for it to be a seagull. While I LOVE this song, I do hate that part, and I can't listen to it when other people are around.

I love this music cause its soothing and its calms me down even if i was in a really bad mood. This song is beautiful and i love how it makes me feel like im just surrounded by the elements or floating on water

well it is from the movie "Casshern". :] It's one of the soundtracks and you can find them problably on internet or order somewhere.
