It's okay for teams like the Ducks and the Penguins to impose their physical play on opposing teams, but when it's done them, they don't like it. They're the first ones to whine about it. Ducks are ranked 5th in the NHL with the most penalty minutes and major penalties with 62. That's a dirty hockey team. They've played like that for a long time.

Yes, the Ducks are a big team that hits...but taking a run at the other team's top defenseman, and then delivering a late hit that injured him is a pretty low blow. Even worse is that the refs didn't call him for charging or for the late hit. And then there was the fact that Blake's helmet fell off so the Shark player started taking head shots. There's no class.
you haven't been following the Ducks for very long....They are historically a dirty team...Oh and btw Murray's hit didnt do squat to Visnovsky, the fact that Lubo lost his balance cuz he turned awkwardly and Murray fell on him did the damage...the hit was nothing

@purp you're crazy. perry is definitely dirty. so is parros. he smashed mashinters head onto the ice at the end of a fight. this hit never should have hit the boards. it was a scary hit that unfortunately ended in the boards. wonderful check by murray man haha

Ducks have ten or so guys that would drop the gloves at a moment's notice, and they could probably activate veteran goon Brian McGrattan from the AHL for a game. There's not a team in this league that is more thuggish than the Ducks, just like there is not a team in the history of the NHL that personifies the "Choke Artist" better than the San Jose Sharks. This thing is for certain: The Sharks choke better than Mama Cass!
