Why, but why did this Frank kid,not tell his dad, if daddy was a police officer? And from what I read his mom said he went to stop the fight. So can some one tell me me why he did not turn this in to his dad or any police officer? And with all the folks or kids around why did they not stop it. I bet some one had a cell phone and could have call for help.
