it's movies like this and directors who are able to make these actors work and boy did this actor do it, wonderful performances by bullock, dillon great movie
This comment is not about Sandra Bullock or her performance in this movie.
I loved these scenes. Thank you Xxlaura74xX for uploading. This was a powerful movie, and I really relate to the character that Sandra Bullock portrayed (quite well in fact). The song, "In the Deep" starts to play in the last scene. Love that song.
this is one of my fav movies.... this scene makes me cry everytime... she did such a great job in this film. also the scene of the "invisible cloak" made me cry.
I agree, her delivary of that line is incredible, she says it with such emotion... Sandra really deserves that Oscar... it should be her or Mo'Nique for Prescious
I see myself in Sandra's character right here. I wake up Pissed and Angry and at times I don't know why and I try to tell a Friend who I thought would listen because I was convinced noone else would and he just Blows me off and is busy Slutting around to help a friend in need. it's made me stronger. I'm now less convicting
@thisisthesqueaky Why should she be consistent with her film choices? A good actor/actress, is someone who can make us angry, happy, sad, depressed, overwhelmed, any emotion that there is. If the person is playing the same type of movie over and over again, they really aren't expanding, they are just reusing the same role from their first film and therefore not really "acting" but playing themselves.
@letitbeforever05 by consistent i mean choosing roles that showcase her talent. not playing the same character over again-- for example she did both the worst and best films of her entire career in the same year- she won a razzie for all about steve and and oscar for the blind side. It's all about consistency- sandra's a great actress when she chooses to be..i just hate seeing her choose crap that's all
I cannot believe that Sandra hasn't been nominated for any Oscars! She so deserved one for her performance in "28 Days!" I know that there are a lot of talented actresses in Hollywood, but I have yet to see anyone come even remotely close to giving as good a performance as she did in this movie. If you ask me, the Oscars haven't been good since the mid-90's.
i agree she should have been nominated, great acting

i think she'll win considering she already won the sag award, golden globe, and critic's choice award for her role in the blind side.

Sandra's a decent actress, but she's not consistent with her film choices
thisisthesqueaky 2 years ago
that is wt makes here decent and more outstanding .... variety and the talent and ability to take over any role there is.

I love Sandra, but I have to agree.
She made The Proposal and The Blind Side, and All About Steve - the best and worst films of her career - all in the same year.
I have to disagree saying she's a decent actress though.
I think she's great.
