here, you can hear that the singers aren't always together (e.g. 4:59 ), not like in the video version... but still love the opera - well, the parts I've heard.

well, to be honest, he is not totally forgotten. He has the popularity he deserve, comparing his own talent and works with other composers of his times.

I don't know.
In my opinion most people tend to severly under- or overestimate him. The name Salieri alone seems to be enough to make objectivity fly out of the window.
I don't deny that I am also guilty of all the things mentioned above.
