One axle is fixed, in the others the hornguide is soldered and the hornblock moving, classis compensated chassis. For sprung chassis there would be no fixed axle.

Surely if you solder the (what looks to be horn guide and bearing)bearing assy's in then the chassis is not compensated as the axles are not sprung?
