Wallace Langham stated that it was a one shot, stand alone episode. So no cliffhanger, bite our nails all summer two parter *lol*

I think Ray has to kill someone and I think I heard that Riley and Hodges get held hostage?

I'm hoping the "last minute" involves Catherine and a face-to-face reuinon with Gil more than anything I have ever hoped for in my life.

Marg & Billy want them together. The fans want it. Let's see it happen!

From what i've heard Grissom and Sara are supposed to have their own episode next season but we'll have to wait and see. Can't believe we're already at the season 9 finale. Hopefully this'll be a great finish to the season. And i think CSI fans can live without Marg. Nick'll just be put in charge if she leaves but i don't think she will.

From I've heard it's just an idea Billy Petersen told the press and whether they'll make it an episode is unknown. And I think CSI fans can live without any character as long as the scripts are good. We're doing just fine without Grissom, Warrick and Sara. :)

Changes of cast members happens to every show that lasts and there's really nothing we can do.

Why not? It would be a nice way to end the season, mentioning all the main characters, even the ones who are far away ;)

And well, they're gonna need to pave the way for their return in Season 10, hopefully for a French adventure :)
