I think Dean means when he said "he's been different from the jump." Is from when Sam jumped in hells pit hole with Michael, from the last episode. This is going to be epic!!

@poopookittycat I took that to mean the same thing as "He's been different from the get-go", as in, Sam has been different since he returned. But I can see how you'd think that.
