so what is a practical application for this non tap water cooler? im not being smartass, im curious.

it's to cool a pc's cpu chip, they get very hot these days, especially if you want to 'overclock' it to squeeze some more speed out of it. You can also get graphics card, chipset, memory and drive cooling blocks!!!

if you boil the water and mix it with a consitrate its fine i am doing it now
