stayed here about 8 months ago. pool is great and the cabanas are good but the hotel itself is very dated and we had to queue for breakfast. would not stay here ever again
For all those who complain about the rooms should put their hands in their pockets & get a loft room. They are fantastic. The pool is the best in Kuta & the hotel in the best position.
thats were i went they got games room sand bar littkle bridge you can swim to the bar seats in water cafe comes to you in little cabana on the water stage band and bar and kids child room and playground and pool and to 10 metre long slides just telling someone incase they cant get any information have a >>>good time like i did

Hotel very nice and secure always something to do around the pool area, Gala dinner new year is interesting the best part to choose to eat in is where they serve breakfast the rest was horrible. id stay again with teenagers but as a couple so many other choices
Just got back from Kuta. Hardrock is a good place to stay if you want to be in the action of Kuta. Pool is the best in Kuta. Rooms are very basic and not very nice. For twenty bucks a day you can rent a Gazeebo on the pool and order drinks by phone.
depends where you're going to be. do you want to be in Kuta? on the beach? as a hotel, the Hard Rock was ok. nice pool. great location. the rooms themselves were dated and need to be renovated.
Hard Rock hotel is a crap we stayed there for 7 days, and hates the breakfast as well they have a buffet with old vegies.... yuck. Never wanted to go back to Hard Rock anymore..... Bali Padma hotel is good for staying, they have a good hospitality.

Never stay in Hard Rock Hotel Kuta...the room just disgusting...love four season....i know it's different level...lol
