@96poyman3 .....? Giving him the basic standard blues techniques, I'm sure he knows... his sweeping is fine and bending the 3rd note? wow stick to the blues guidlines a little more.

I personally don't stick to any musical guidelines, expcept those of tempo, key and that's what makes a musician a musician, take in what you can but don't play by the book... otherwise you'll end up being the generic sounding retard who plays well, but has no real talent.

seems like a hammer vibrato. the vibrato is there to amplify the tap effect, to make the note ring loud enough. if you don't want vibrato, you could do a tap and a flick to make it loud adn then use the volume knowb as well

tap the note with the volume down and turn gradually turn volume up

Ok actually we're both right and wrong...it is a DX, but cause of the fretboard it is a MDX...but nonetheless still a DX model.

Thank you!! I use a Marshall MG30DFX. I believe my amp settings were: Bass-About 9; Middle-About 4; Treble-About 10; Gain-From 7-10. I also used a little bit of reverb
