@BombKid911 you are not the most experienced audio person, are you? as long as his seats are down, he'll the same amount of base regardless of whether they fire to the back or front'. The reason they get quieter when firing to the front with the seats up is because part of the wave goes off the seats, into the trunk, and then into the cab. this causes them to be out of phase with the existing wave that went through the seats, causing them to cancel each other out.

Face them up as long as you have 3 inches to spare from the top of the trunk. I recommend to face them to the back. It would hide alot of the distortion that might come out those woofers (if you have a amp with a higher distrotion level).

dude u can have the subs facing anyway u want. Eachway sounds diffrent. I got my subs facing up and im pretty sure there louder facing up thne anyother way. Maybe u sould try that and tell me how they sound?Good subs im jut not a big fan of the P3's but im nto gonna hate everyone has there own opinion on subs.
