Well, if you have read the title, this is about Windows. Anyway, you cannot install Mac OS X on a PC due to hardware reasons. You would have to manually install the chip into the PC, which would be called a Hackintosh.

Why should Windows 7 be a more important update for Vista than XP users? The guy is obviously clueless. First of all, Vista has most features that 7 has, XP has very little. Secondly, security on Vista is much better than on XP, heck you can't even run IE in protected mode on XP. Third, XP still plagued by DLL hell, something that is solved in Vista and 7 with WINSXS, 4th, Vista X64 SP1 or SP2 is much more stable than XP, regardless what Vista haters claim.
