First mistake on the omens behalf, beams, dont pvp with beams, too much grid, too much cap and they suck!
stick some focused medium pulse 2s on there and a buffer tank with a small injector and micro warp, and leave a slot for a heat sink so you can just run up to him and fry him, caracals melt to anything, even punishers :D lol
