  • Was this filmed in Portland, OR? It seems like it was...

  • If the guy had hit the breaks when he first saw the plane, the plane would've probably gone over him and still been too high to touch him... but then the video would've been much shorter.

  • awesome video!

  • granny pointing middle finger lol

  • thnx!

  • lol this is good nice editing had me watching it till the end and i dont userly watch whole videos on youtube =p

  • What a day....

  • That is a fucking awesome video !

Special effects are brilliant, conrgats dude

Can the guys winging about planes pack it in.

    fucking noobs

  • "no swearing please", the pilot has spoken! "and please remain seated whilst i don't swear at you!"

  • kc1878=Geeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek.

  • in all likelehood if the jeep driver put his foot down and the pilot engaged the spoilers, emergency autobreaks (number 3) and reverse thrust RIGHT on impact, I think the jeep could have gotten away. Plane's approach speeds vary, but an md83 would be about 150 knots on final. The top speed of a jeep is about 190MPH. If the captain engaged spoilers/max autobreaks (emergency seting) and reverse thrust on impact, and the Jeep driver put his foot down, he would have gotten away. AWESOME VID THOUGH!

  • Actually, after watching the vid again, I wanna change what I said. He MAY have gotten away!

  • OK, your seriously going to try and convince me a Jeep goes 190? Corvettes barely top that. I would put a modded out Jeep at maybe 130-140 and that's a stretch. Otherwise, 105-110 is where the governer will kick in. And the plane is a DC-10, not an MD-83. Try approach speeds of about 220 mph with no engine, gliding. In all reality, the weight on the Jeep would crush it. Now stop analyizing and enjoy the film.

    Yeah I know, I'm a geek to.

  • i guys think ur some professionals sayin its fake obviously its a fake u mugs its suppose to be funny stop trying to act all smart n sihit man i hate ur sort of person

  • this would have been a nice ad for Jeep..... Good work

  • I have one question, where does that alarm come from?????

  • That is a standard "engine fire" alarm on older Douglas jets. The newer one is a bell ringing, almost like an old telephone.

  • does the whole aircraft make that noise?

  • fagit

  • are u dumb corse its fake

  • are you kidding? waooow i wouldn't have noticed it whenever you didnt tell us

  • he he he he he he he! i know right?

  • love the DC-10! <3

  • its a fake ...

  • i think the plane would have crushed the jeep. i mean come on it it was a big rig i could under stand. im not dising the vidoe it was awsome!

  • wow amazing

  • Friggin awesome work guys! Just wow!

  • he could of eazily avoided that if he just slammed the breaks before the plane got close to touchdown
