It isn't neccesary ...but if you like to make your own candles, you can do. All things you made by yourself are stronger , becouse your put your energy inside it. But i think it's dificult when you are very busy with wicca, becouse the things you must buy to make candles are very expensive, so it will cost you a lot of money :)
