  • Where the fuck is Marty Friedman? Possibly the best guitarist of all time?

  • Really? Hammet and Buckethead as #1 and #2....

Maybe in the list for biggest pieces of horrible shit who ever picked up a guitar.

  • Fuck that guy who doesn't know who Jerry Cantrell Is!! REALLY!!!

  • wow BUCKETHEAD!!!

  • WHERE THE FUCK IS JOE PERRY!!! YOU MUST OF SUCKED ON A BIG ONE BEFORE MAKEING THIS SHIT!!

  • johnny greenwoods number 1

  • Where's Eric Johnson??????????????

  • never mind just read the description

  • jerry cantrell was in alice in chains not a soloist

  • Swith 1 and 2 and were all good

  • WHERE THE FUCK IS JOHN SQUIRE

    something's fucking wrong with you

  • NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Why did you use "Dani California" for John Frusciante!?!?!?

That song doesn't even begin to hint at what that man can do with a guitar...

  • @MusicalRelease I know tell me about it and plus that song was from 2006 nothing to do with the 90's

  • Was BucketHead playing the Blues??? AWESOME, I'm use to him just shredding...don't get me wrong, shredding takes some skill...but it gets boring pretty fast...NO FEELING

  • I got one thing to say, Billy Corgan

  • @SkoolOfRock123 He was considered

  • @ecwmatt Not considered enough evidently, there are like 2 people on here he could replace

  • fruiscante is best not to wear alone never makes q and everyone is Buckethead riff is pure marketing is like slash asshole

EscucharLeer fonéticamenteDiccionario - Ver diccionario detallado

  • tom marrello should be first and jerry cantrell second

  • billy corgan

  • where's marc ford?

  • Where the fuck is billy corgan siamese dream had amazing solos on it.

  • with out of all the commercialization that going on today grunge could rule the world music.

  • Slash is gay. So overrated and boring.

  • hammet really isnt that good metallica would be just as good if they put a no body up there and james hetfield is the one who made metallica.

  • nirvanna all the way NIRvanna the best band ever (R.I.P)

  • @wacnac1 i mean dude Nirvana is my favorite band but Kurt Cobain wasnt the best guitarist. plus dude, NIRVANA has one n its not NIRVANNA

  • Jimmy Page...enough said

  • #1 John frusciante

    #2 Jerry Cantrell

A.I.C. is by far my favorite band but if u have ever listened to any of John's live solos you will understand why he is the best of the 90's

  • WERES DIMEBAG HES THE BEST EVER

  • Frusciante deffinetly best!!!

  • Kurt Cobain was a great musician of the ninetys not a great guitarists not even top twenty and Kim thayil should b top 3 if u disagree listen to the solo off the song "like suicide" woulda liked to see petrucci here but used to seeing him underrated

  • Gosh! In my opinion, #10 should be #1

  • Jerry Cantrell is my fav, he's fuckin awesome

  • Billy Corgan always seem to go unnoticed. I know he comes across as a bit of a primadonna but c'mon, the riffs he writes are memorable as hell, and he plays pretty awesome leads as well. Cherub Rock? Zero? etc?

  • @GodOfCynicism James Iha, too. I didn't see him anywhere on this thing! :(

  • Mine is 1 buckethead 2 dimebag 3 Tom morello 4 Jerry cantrell 5 Kim thayil 6 mccready 7 slash 8 John frusciante 9 Kurt cobain 10 Kirk hammett
  • Seems the like the same people make these videos

  • what about trey anastasio

  • Billy Corgan is Better than Kurt Cobain.. No doubt

  • Agreed!

  • Slash is both 80's and 90', November Rain, Estranged, Don't Cry.. I think buckethead is more 90's, and honestly i wouldn't place him in my list. My favorite guitarist in order are; 1) Slash 2) Zakk Wylde 3) Kirk Hammet 4) Joe Satrani 5) Steve Vai 6) John Frusciante 7) Santana 8) Claudio Sanchez (Coheed & Cambria) 9) James Hetfield 10) Ryan Kruger
  • how can u forget dimebag

  • 90's Top 15 Guitarists

    watch?v=pNgq_rLZPXw

Check it out, it's my lists. All 90's no overrated 80's guitarists.

  • what soundgarden song is that?

  • my opinion: 1.) john frusciante (RHCP) 2.) dimebag darrell (pantera/damageplan) 3.) slash (GNR/Velvet Revolver) 4.) jerry cantrell (AIC) 5.) tom morello (RATM) 6.) kurt cobain (nirvana) 7.) kim thayil (soundgarden) 8.) mike mccready (pearl jam) 9.) billie joe armstrong (green day) 10.) dave mustaine (megadeth) not in that order obviously i just listed them of the top of my head. maybe replace kim thayil with kirk, its just kirk was better in the 80's than 90's and dave kicks ass
  • billie joe armstrong doesn't play the guitar solos and slash is more 80's than 90's

  • actually if u listen to their first 2 albums, there are some soloing. but yeah slash is more 80's than 90's its cuz i luv the use ur illusion twins which came out at the beginning of the ninetie's

  • @bechok111 He plays the solos, and all the guitar parts on the albums, but live, he get's Jason White to play them so he can warm up the crowd.

  • slash #1!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • kurt cobain wasn't a great guitarist

but he was probably the GREATEST SONGWRITER OF ALL TIME!!!

  • no way bob dylan is way better

  • i never found him lyrically skilled. he's great, i just don't like him all that much

  • he is not my favorite, but he is very good, seeing as other bands cover his songs more often than all the other bands combined. so many of the top bands cover bob dylan's music

  • are you stuped curt is the best guitar and singer ever!!!

  • kurt sang alright. he was good in some songs, but he really wasn't a skilled guitarist. my dad's probably better than him. same with paul mccartney. i know better bassists than him.

  • I can't believe you picked Buckethead to be #1!!! I don't necessary agree him to be #1 but I love Buckethead big time. His accoustic work in Octave Of The Holy Innocents album with Jonas Hellborg and Michael Shrieve is truly artistic. Don't forge to check Shawn Lane's music. He was massive influence on Buckethead. Listen to "Gray Pianos Flying"

(might as well include Primus' guitarist if you gonna include Buckethead in 90's top 10...)

  • spoonman is an awsome song

  • Joe Satriani and Steve Vai, they started in the 80s but done good things in the 90

  • If you are going into session guitarist terrritory, then where the hell is Vai

  • 1.John Frusciante Red Hot Chili Peppers

    2.Tom Morello RATM

    3.Kirk Hammett Mettalica

    4.Slash Guns N Roses/Velvet Revolver

    5.Mike McCready Pearl Jam

  • Slash and Hammet were not part of the beging of the 90's they were the 80's and by far Cantrell is the best overall gutiarist then anyone in this top ten. I'm talking riffs song writing and the ability to sing

  • Slash and hammet were good in the 90s. Black album load reload. And uns n roses released the majority of thier work in the 90s. Jerry is my fav guitarist but i didnt want to be biased

  • You wouldn't be being "biased" b/c Jerry was better all around then them.. He's come up with Page type Riffs that will stick in rock n roll forever, I mean Jerry isn't the "riff lord" for no reason he's an ICON

  • jerry didn't sing

    layne did

  • the hell if he didn't, he sang on about 80 percent of chains songs, how you think they came up with those harmonies? Jerry and Layne's voice thats how

  • but if he sang better than layne, why didn't he sing lead? that's what i'm talking about. true, cool harmonies. same with geddy lee and alex lifeson

  • who's saying he sang better than Layne? Not me i'm just saying he sang on alot of their tunes. NOT to many ppl sing better then Layne

  • true. and i like that about aic

  • @kevinAIC33 who the hell is cantrell, frusciante is clearly the best guitarist in this chart his creativity is unmatchable.

  • @ermtoe2323 lol! Jerry F-ING Cantrell. Alice In (FING) Chains. The riff lord himself.

  • Ok top five should be tom morrello Kirk hammet eddie van halen joe satriani and slash. Bucket head sucks

  • LOL I forgot about Buckethead.

  • not bad...Not sure I would have ranked buckethead #1 but its your list. I may have tossed Dimebag in there personally. When you going to do top 10 vocalist of the 90's---maybe someone with the initials LTS would be numero uno---RIP LAYNE

  • Ya layne would probably be #1 and sorry about dimebag i should have him

  • nice vid thx for putting kurt in he may not be as skilled as the others but he could orchestrate very nicely

  • tom morello is better than jerry cantrell sorry to say but its your top 10 not mine good job by the way 10/10

  • How would you know? How much of Cantrells stuff have you listened to the all knowing one. Why don't you make a vid then
