The fact that Jackson had insurance against being sued is not an issue.Also the insurance company would only offer payment if they felt that the client would lose the court case.That is what the policy was.The fact they went for the cheaper option speaks volumes. I saw Gary Glitter live at the SECC in 1991, 92 and 93. His shows were awesome. Anyone who saw him live in concert couldnt fail to enjoy it. In 1994, his sordid past began to catch up with him though, and now he is a convicted paedo, and deserves all he gets now. From a music point of view, we have lost a great catalogue of songs, because people don't want to be associated with his music.
