I think a lot of foreign choir takes a lot of our folk songs probably because most of them emanates a happy feeling to the singers and also to the audience.
Wow. Very great job! And to think that they're not Filipinos... just wow! And the tempo... cranked up a notch... more wow! It's hard enough to do this piece at its regular speed because of the lalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalas that are insanely fast!!!
Haha, yes, Ms Lim can be fierce, but that's because she knows her choirs can do better, so she pushes them a bit. She's really good and she cares a lot for her choirs. (:

she specially increased the tempo for this performance. it was the Anderson Choir's choice piece back in 2003. good luck for the SYF!

Thanks a lot for the compliment. Well, the choir's actually very young and the oldest being 20 and most of us are actually 17-18 years old.
