LOL, NO CHANCE! I would be surprised if you get 400 votes nationally. The SPUSA is where people to radical for the DSA go to die. What a fucking joke Americans are. Anyone reading this should know the SPUSA has about 600 members nation wide, and has no theory or structure. If you want to join a true revolutionary Tendency go to Marxist.com, and join the IMT
@amsterdam78 I will check them out. This is a non-tendency channel and I promote all anti-capitalist views. I understand that you are a former member of SPUSA, at least this is what a comrade informed me from another comment of yours on a different channel. What is your specific criticism of Jerry Levy? Or is it more of the party itself and not so much him? Keep in mind, this was originally our more Marxian-oriented candidate.
@socialisteducation 1100 LOLOLOLOL, sure, keep it for the rubes. Levy and the SPUSA are a joke. Anything but a campaign for a Mass Party of Labor is pointless political masturbation. The IMT is a real international organization, active in about 40 countries, with 8000 members in Pakistan alone. We have more members then all the other US based "parties" combined.
@amsterdam78 You are relying more on rhetoric than any actual premise. I will read your organization's publications, but I really need to stress that dogmatic sectarianism will get you nowhere. There is a lot of good news recently regarding socialism in the US, such as more people from the ages of 18-28 are supportive of socialism. That is the only age group so far, though, so we can do better. The IMT, just judging from what I see, would exclude Libertarian Socialists.
@amsterdam78 Instead of always forming these new organizations because of some small difference, and many of them sounding exactly the same, why not pursue making anti-capitalism more scientific, rather than treating the theories of those like Marx, Engels, Lenin, Trotsky, Mao, Bakunin, Luxembourg, or anyone else as doctrine, why not look at what they did right, look at what they did wrong, and then apply this analysis to the current situation?

@amsterdam78 I intend on being fair to all. If you have some video put out by IMT, please link me to it so that I may upload it. I specifically say in this channel that this is a non-tendency approach to socialism, so as to avoid petty sectarian squabbles. Also, it helps me reduce any possible bias I might have.
@socialisteducation We have our own site and links thank you. Your education and our education is different, we educate cadres. Do not upload any of our video's or you will be reported for copyright infringement.
@amsterdam78 Your mannerisms really do you no favors. Not to be rude or anything, but if the other members of this organization act as rude as you have been to me, then I can't see it as worth considering. Let me just put it this way: as someone involved with unionizing workers and Occupy Wall Street, as well as third party politics, I have never heard of your organization.
@amsterdam78 As for your threat of using copyright laws against me in the event I upload IMT videos, why? 1) Those are capitalist laws, and the concept of copyleft seems much more in tune with anti-capitalist theory, and 2) Only the national organization could authorize that infringement occurred, and generally I seek permission from the organization's video author to upload the video (such as with this video and those on my other channels).
@socialisteducation Listen lackey of the democrats, we don't want our video's on your site, as far as you are considered, I am the authority, and I will have them flagged for infringement. Now stop talking to me, stupid people make my head hurt.
@amsterdam78 I am a lackey of the democrats, even though I am not nor have ever been a member of the Democratic party?
And providing you are not in their executive, nor the video author, than no. You would not be the authority and I would have every legal right to challenge your bogus DMCA claim.
Let me ask you: do you think your sort of comments are doing anything to create a better working class consciousness? Is alienating all other organizations going to have any benefit?
@socialisteducation Now my head hurts. The SPUSA is a joke, even the International "student" Organization is better then the SPUSA. You have no theory, No Plan, No Cadres, you're not even democratically centralist. You're not even mild sauce, you're ketchup.
@amsterdam78 You bring up something I do think is an issue. And I like folks from the ISO, at least the ones I know. But there was a group that tried changing the restrictions on those who are DC to have membership, which I supported, but it failed. Jerry Levy I believe also supported removing the restrictions. But the group fell apart and most of its leadership left. They had the same complaint of there being a lack of theory. (Most had influence from Mao, Trotsky, and Lenin)
@amsterdam78 As for the party itself, you have some misconceptions. We have over 1100 members at this current juncture. We have had some success, such as Dan La Botz earning 25,000 votes for Senate in Ohio. I think the DSA, although they have some good people, they haven't shifted the Dems to the left at all. I think unionizing efforts are far more important, but I support multiple fronts, and multiple tactics. I urge caution with sectarianism, as the US left is so fractured now.
