Maher is too much of a coward to debate Christian leaders who actually know what they believe and why. I would love to see him interview James White. Atheists, just like all other people, all have different opinions about how the world was created. In my personal life I have never once heard any atheist say they think the world created itself though.... Most just go with the big bang theory or their own type of theory.

Legal proof has little or nothing to do with scientific proof. Juries and judges are not expected to be the least bit familiar with science, in general, or an specific brand thereof. But, lawyers often provide "proof" for the lack of a crime by virtue of a lack of evidence for the crime... It's called habius corpus. Look it up.

Study a bit of science and you will come to understand this and why it is that way. The whole scientific method was developed by Christian scientists who wanted a method of verifying facts. Study a bit of science and you will come to understand this and why it is that way. The whole scientific method was developed by Christian scientists who wanted a method of verifying facts. But then, when it comes to creation, we may need to define our terms. Creation methodology falling into question here, do we define it as "divine power spake things into existence" or that he used a method agreed upon by facts and evidence? @socap01 Yet still (SMH & ROTFL). I don't need to provide proof of Gods' existence, He already did it Himself by way of the universe and it's creation. The sun burns at a scorching 27,000,000 degrees ferinhiet, yet earth is perfectly placed where it will niether freeze over from being too far from it nor be burned to a charcoal-like sphere from being to close to it. The more you study science, the more you come to understand the universe had to be created by design, not big bang.
