  • Hi Ttsqas! thanks to share your schematic, but you didn't give the value of the components like resistors :/ Would you make a list of then, including the power the resistors should sustain?

    Regards.

  • @Khwartz This pwm is sold by my company. Variations of it are being used by several companies. I cannot post the values, The sole purpose of posting the schematic was to dispell Zero Fossul Fuel's insinuation that my pwm was a copy of his.

  • @ttsqas Ok, understand. Thanks for specifying. cheer.

  • Thanks, brother for answer!

  • Hi, Will you sell these PMW finished and in DIY form?

Fantastic schematics and work. I like it very much.

  • Diy will not be possible because most of the components are surface mount 0402 package, the pcb has 4 layers, and there are componets on both sides. The 0402s are too small to solder by hand and must be manufactured. The0402s and a 4 layer board were necessary fit all functions on a small area without having to use a micro processor (though I am writing the codes for a microprocessor controlled PWM).

  • I had to suspend this project because my parents were ill. Also my company manufactures pro audio equipment and I have to finish a guitar preamp, bass guitar preamp, and active direct box by the end of this week. I will return to the PWM next week for sure. I already sent the pcb file to our pcb manufacturer but had them suspend production. Once I give the OK next week it will take maybe 2 -3 weeks for them to run several hundred of the PWMs.

  • Do I have a working sample? Lol....yes I do that is the only way I could have tested it before sending it off for production. I used a oversized chassis I had lying around to house it during tests but have designed a chassis which I sent out to a chassis manufacturer. I will post videos of the pwm in operation as soon as I receive the stuffed pcbs and the finished chassis. It won't be much longer now.

  • I should probably mention that I am using a mosfet driver also. So IC1D's output is connected to the mosfet driver's input and the mosfet driver's outputs are connected to the mosfets' gates.

  • Where is power source to connect to cell? is diagram correct? :) Do you have a working sample?
