Mount a nightvision monocular with atleast 500x sensetivity to the front of a cheap digital camera with no filter and u will be able to see down to 1 degree of heat as ir light, you will not get the color coded effect as that takes other technology that is quite expensive including software programming. However, you will be able to see it. I have tested this and figured it out for myself, it does work.
By removing Ir filter from cheap webcam you will get more light sensitivity, not termovision camera. I did lot of experimenting with CCD camera boards , removing IR filter, and i still couldn't come up with things you shown, because is impossible!
Nobody has talked about a real thermovision, without IR-filter the camera captures longer wavelength the way better. Unfortunately the sensitivity is not enought to see thermal radiation from slightly warm objects.

bullshit movie. Wavelength of webcam doesn't reach heat radiation, he just tweaked the image with contrast sharpness and hue saturation.
