I have made many hillclimbs for rfactor over the last few years, once peice of advice i would give your artists is to add more details on the smaller kind of road side objects and spectators. hillclimbs need a sense of atmosphere, such as tents, more crowds in hairpins, ah video concept crews, flags, banners, hay bales, altitude markers ect.
