1001 nights are collective stories from the middle east, Arabia, Asia, India etc.

Have ANY of you ever read the original stories? It's very erotic, there is a lot racism in there (black people are considered ugly, and wifes of Sultans cheat with Black men a few times, one is even mutilated has no legs but a huge dick and the witch wife of the sultan loves him) It's very weird, with stories withing stories withing more stories. One of the coolest books EVER. I feel like reading it again!

the writers of 1001 are Arabs ..the stories affected by Persian and Indian cultures but it written in Arabic language by Arab people..1001 was like educational stories 4 people who are not Arab and learning Arabic .thats why it is written in very simple Arabic

Sharezad and Shahriar story is Iranian!! Look at the names! Since when Arabs have Iranian names like these names?
