I don't think the problem is so much the tone as it seems he either needs a higher wattage amplifier or better recording equipment. Sounds good otherwise.
not bad guys pay careful attention to the phrasing of your fills though .. even though what you did was tight bonham generates a little different feel w/ his phrasing but none the less great job and i love to see young guys doin stuff like this
SO my english is awful but I was just saying :" I can see that people still appreciate your work guys :) Can they imagine how good are you now, after a year? :)".
We'are in a web site we're everybody judge, insult and, in the best cases, compliment with each other, all in english. So please next time use that language, or armenian, turkish, spanish, but not italian, cuz it's something wich I can't really stand.
Isn't it great?! Of course you should listen it for real to truly appreciate. It's a 5,5 x 14'' Tama Artwood Custom. Quite cheap but with an incredibly powerful and controlled sound. As well as most of Tama snares. Cheers!
your a fantastic drummer....your buddies good too..but you carried his but when he lost key during his guitar rant....great job by you both....I would like to see you bang out some rush:)
Thank you so much buddy...I've never heard that much of Neil Peart's band, but if you tell me a title you're really into i'd be pleased to try to play it! Don't be too bad with me... ;-P
Personally I've never seen Bonzo playing the cowbell in this song, but if you can give me any youtube link were it might be seen or heard I'd be grateful to you. Peace and thanks again for all the nice comments guys!
oh shit. my bad. naw there's no cowbell. i just mistook that sound for cowbell so i was tryin to be will ferrell funny, fail. dunno much about drumming. uh what is that thing you hit during the verse parts. "See my baby coming down the track" ding ding ding ding. is that the ride?
Is Will Ferrell Red Hot Chili Pepper's drummer clone? =) We don't know that much about him here in Italy, I have only seen a movie in wich I think he acted, and it was about Christmas but I can't make the title out now... Anyway yes sir, that's our friend, mr. RIDE CYMBAL! hi-ha!
will ferrell did a semi-legendary skit on the tv show Saturday Night Live. "more cowbell" is a famous line from it. youtube it. anyways, the ride cymbal is my favorite part of that song.
Ehm, as a mere can hitter I can only tell you that yep, there is something mirrored attached to that guitar. I think it's an underbrand telecaster and he didn't customized anything so far.
this has got to be my favorite cover on You Tube! The guitar is great (a little quiet(next time turn the amp up or put it closer to the mic)) and the drumming is exclent! Love those little things the drummer does here and there! Great!
fantastici...guardo questo per imparare a farlo anch'io alla batteria...impossibile tenere il tempo col charleston come fa il ragazzo qui...bravissimi!
Thank u for all the positive comments! I know that the overall sound quality is quite empty, but this was just an experiment me and my friend did after taking LSD (infact we did saw Plant and Johnes jamming with us for about two hours!!!)! just joking..! XD
