  • If you mounted a flip up rear sight on the rail would it be the same height as the regular front sight?

  • @1911brian No it would not.... it would be a lot higher.

  • with the forend removed, the naked sub 2000 looks like a walking stick. very sexy.

  • nice vid man!! just ordered a sub2k and looking to mod it,,but i have a 6 month wait!!

  • you have earnd a subscription and a hundred internets from me so far well done on your great videos btw that gun looks SWEET

  • @TechRaptor93 Hey thanks a lot.

  • Thanks a lot for the video. Your Sub2k looks great. I've already purchased the Red Lion front sight & I'm leaning heavily towards their forend as well. Do you have any worries about the screws coming loose after prolonged shooting as has happened with Kel-Tec's OEM quad rail? I'm wondering if a touch of loctite will be needed on a few screws.

  • @Lycian I actually thought the same thing. I'm supposed to go to the range this week and shoot it. I was going to shoot around 100 rounds and then test each screw to see if any came loose. I did not put any on there as you saw during the install, but it would be easy to just unscrew one at a time and put some on without taking it all apart.
