They got their name from "La polyvalente Saint-Euzèbe" If you want, "Saint-Euzèbe High" Just a school. They changed it to Euzèbe, then UZEB and then again, pushed the matter further. "You be easy" UBEZ. Funny, isn't that?
I saw them first in Sorel Québec, Canada. They were then called, Euzèbe Jazz. A seven piece band, with Jean Saint-Jacques playing the drums, amongst others. They were already extremely good.
They were good and as a guitarist, I chatted with Cuss on that evening.
I had once had a small Gibson amp given to a friend of mine. He had had it from Cuss. I gave it to one of my friends who repalced all the capacitors. It sounds awfull good today. Funny story...

This is great stuff. So tight and just burning. Please guys, re-unite! UZEB the best Canadian band ever.

Something I've never understood; where are the keyboard riffs coming from? Is it one of the guitarist's pedals? Is it a drumpad?
