Look, I say if you support Assad, then its your voice. If you support the opposition, then that is your voice. I support reforms, but I also support dialogue, even with the vast opposition. I think that NATO has been very messy with their attacks on Libya so I would rather say leave them out of Syria (I trust UN). But, I believe that Assad should make a dialogue committee with the opposition and have this peacefully sorted out (rather than a mass tank killing to the protesters).

@TVgeinus90sSim Problem is, the "Syrian" opposition doesn't want any dialogue, except if their demand of Bashar resigning is met. They want a dialogue only after Bashar leaves, which is not in their right to demand, since they do not represent all the Syrians.
