No exhaust work yet? My buddy has an 05 and before his Procharger setup he had kooks headers and magnoflow header back exhaust with no CAI and made similar numbers to you. Now with the Procharger he makes 505hp to the wheels at 7 psi and 91 octane.
nope, just a tune and a CAI... the dyno tune was done at vector motorsports and the guy that does the tunes is a valvetrain specialist and pretty much knws his stuff
he also custom grinds his own cams to give you nominal top end but ot lose tons of power down low as what is common with big daddy cams, I couldn't be happier with the tuning process.. micket thompson ET streets on tomorrow... also have more race footage ready to be uploadedfrom last weekend
I would love to get one man...they are sweet. I have a 97 Mustang GT convertible with a cobra swap and other goodies running mid 13s on street tires. Its my play toy for now. I need to get it tuned so thats why I was wondering about the prices.
Are you planning on getting a cam? Those tires will definately help. Get some higher gears, exhaust, cam and then retune it and you will have a monster!!
yeah I used to have a 2004 mustang GT... I actually miss the rawness it had, it was full basic bolt on's with 4.10's
I do plan on camming it but I want a solid plant before I head to more power... now the the mickey thompson's are on I want to get a 5/16" raise and stiffer GSR shocks in the rear... then swap up to a 2800 baby stall with a 75 shot on top of it... after all of it gets tuned in I am hoping for 1.7 or less short times and low 12's... hopefully anyways
when all was said and done my dyno was 247RWHP and my best 1/4 mile time was 13.8 @ 102MPH... I was getting crappy 60's due to the 4.10's, I needed suspension mods bad lol

Did you ever get your stang dynoed or run it at the track?
With the plans you have for the goat I would expect you to break into the 11s with no problem, especially with the baby shot! Nitrous is the shit

yeah, my mustang mods were as follows
- `BBK shorty headers
- O/R prochamber
- magnapack catback
- 75mm TB/plenum
- BFG DR's
- Dyno tune
- CAI
- 4.10's
