I don't, nor do I wish to purchase the chat pad. Why not just design the chatpad to work with the old, better, 20xs more efficient headset. Ugh. The two little ports on the bottom next to where you plug in the headset is meant for the chat pad and the inline controller makes it more up to date with every headset having the controls in line on the cable...

In conclusion, my review of this video is that he knows nothing and is a complete twat!

Dude, you can't press that button in the back of the controler and on the console at the same time! You're destroying the xbox! First, you press the middle X button on the controler until the light spins clockwise then press the small button on the console! And if don't like the headset, buy the wireless headset, GET A DIFFERENT KIND OF CONSOLE!

The button on the top is to sync your controller to the xbox consol. And what you have to do is hold the top button until the LED lights start to spin in a clockwise motion. As soon as you have reachedhat point you need to push the button on the consol and your controller will sign on to that xbox 360. As for the headset I say fuck them and get turtlebeaches :D They the shit for real!
