Mike thanks for posting, I found the fourth point very helpful "first 6 months don't judge results judge activity" I know it is easy to want to see how your are making progress, but each time you look up to see where you are is time taking away from selling. I was doing cold calls consistently for 3 months, then I looked to see what I had done (calls made, meetings kept etc.) and lost focus made less and less calls waiting for the seed I planted to flower.
