This video shows everything I love about Chopper and why he's my fav. Doctor, nice guy, loyal to his crew, and probably the physically strongest person on the crew. (Luffy doesn't really count since he uses the stretch of his devil fruit powers to boost his strength, rather than punching from point blank, with only a few exceptions)

the one with the strongest physical strength is either luffy zoro or franky, luffy might be skinny but you dont leave a fist mark on someones skull that easily, zoro is fucking buff and franky is a cyborg.

Luffy doesn't do much without streching though. In pure like, weightlifting, I think it would be chopper, Franky and then Zoro. for pure ability to punch, Luffy, Franky and tie between chopper and Zoro if Zoro's swords count. We're talking physical power not ability to cause damage.
