I would kill to be 150-60 lbs.

That's thin for me.

I'm 5'9" and I weigh 213 lbs.

You'd never know I weighed that much by looking at me, though. I look more like 160 lbs and when I'm down to 150 lbs I look like I weigh 110 lbs.
