I don't think Kevin is remotely arrogant

He spends most of his time being called upon by the rest of his family to sort out their problems.Scotty was living with Kevin because he was homeless when their relationship kicked off again. I think Kevin truly believes he is only of value to someone if he can take care of them. I find him utterly genuine even if a little misguided at times. I think he is beyond adorable.
