Of course it adds to his argument. When arguing against a person with the IQ of a 5 year old child, you have to stoop to their level to get your point across. Logical arguments don't get through to a meat head like BOR. The only thing he understands is blatant name calling.

He is not arguing WITH Bill. He is presenting his own point of view to an American audience in a juvenile way. If you take a look at the comments in this thread, you notice that I get a -4 for making a point, and kazen20 gets a +8 for his "Bill is dumb" comment. This gives you an idea of what kind of audience this is - people hate Bill and love Keith unconditionally for their party affiliation, without analyzing their individual views, which is emblematic of American politics.

Sure I agree. Keith Olbermann does it for ratings. But the fact of the matter is BOR uses bully techniques in all of his interviews and doesn't allow any opposing opinions to be shown on his show. I'm not republican or democrat, but I most certainly despise BOR more than KO. I despise him because his show is neither news, nor is it fair and balanced.

Yes, Bill brings in opposing views to yell at them and make a scene. It's more low grade entertainment than news. Of course it's not balanced. But this is also true for Keith's show. Where have you seen him agree with a conservative viewpoint? Both of them do it for ratings. My only original argument was that if Keith shifted his style away from kindergarden level mocking, I would percieve him on higher ground and could actually watch and enjoy the show.
