Has anyone ever thought of asking her to do a Bond film? She would make the coolest assassin - she could have a collapsible sniper rifle hidden in her prostetic limbs, which she could use to take out some character or other.
Haven't decided whether she should be a villain or not. Might even be better if she was - it'd be SO COOL to do a sequence where she beats Bond up with her artificial legs (sorta like Jaws). And in the looks department, she could definitely hold her own as a Bond chick.

She wears glass prosthetic (totally mind-blowing), cheetah legs (who else could impersonate a cheetah like that?) and also a non-functional jellyfish prosthetic.
Why emulate the regular legs? She can have any kind of extension she can dream of. in her own words "it's not about disability anymore. it's about augmentation"

There are kids in Africa who had their legs blown of by landmines, and dont have $100,000 dollar legs that basically run for you. Quit giving her so much media attention shes not that great. Once at Georgetown, she began to compete, got to the Olympics and achieved some fame and was sponsored, which is why she's able to afford so many limbs. And the legs don't "run for you", they simulate the position sprinters stand in to run. Sure, there are other success stories that are also inspiring, but this one is too.

She has prosthetics. If I remember correctly, most prosthetics that look good aesthetically - the ones she appears to be wearing for most of the video - don't hold up to things like running. The curved ones in the photo look like they're built for running.

Those are really goo prosthetics. Amy was born without fibulas and her legs were amputated below the knee at I believe age 2.
