Have you tried cortizone treatments for your hands? I had bad carpal tunnel a year ago and the doc gave me a shot of cortizone in my hand and it worked. It was almost immediate and such a relief.

@greenday3840 trying icing after you type or do anything physical with your hands also try squezzing a stress ball and get like a five pound wieght and do concentration curls look up on google or youtube what that is that helped me if you dont stick to doing that it will act up again thats what happens with me when im lazy trust me if you do all this together plus dont play aslong until you get strong again it will help you can pull through this i did

@greenday3840 i had the same problem tendon in my arms from years of playing and computer time . my hands used to cramp . so i went to a physical therapist they taught me excercises and told me to ice my hand before and after playing plus typing. also i need to do warmups before playing so i hope that helps get better man.
