waste of money? when electricity was first discovered, there was almost no use of it at all, but look at it know. All scientific discoveries has a potential in becoming useful.
I always believe that " another reason " ( note i said another reason ) why we get alot of storms that cause damage , is because on how man's is fooling around with stuff in the " heavens ". If you don't know what the heavens are, its what man calls Space.
Even tho my views are base upon GOD and the bible, those who have some sense should know that we shouldn't be messing around with stuff above us. Yea i am curious to know things above, but i am not going to fool around with it.
also it it was live feed why in the hell would be slowed frames. Cough "Edited image" cough.
